REMOTE E-COMMERCE & OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSISTANT (Shopify / GA4 / Reporting / Technical Support)

PHIX is a fast-growing global fashion brand inspired by 70s tailoring, rock ’n’ roll culture, and luxury fashion. We are looking for a highly organised and technically capable remote assistant to support our operations, reporting, Shopify management, technical admin tasks, and wider e-commerce systems.

This is a long-term full-time remote role with a wide variety of responsibilities across e-commerce, reporting, data exports, product management, operational support, app/platform migration, and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Shopify exports and reports
• Creating and maintaining stock reports
• Exporting and organising order data
• Supporting with reconciliation reports
• Pulling reports from GA4 and Shopify
• Assisting with feed management and product data
• Supporting website launches and operational tasks
• Helping with migration to new apps, tools, and platforms
