Remote Global Talent Acquisition Lead (Contract)

Ecom Operators is looking for a Full-Time Global Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process remotely. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while creatively attracting candidates for various roles within the company's DTC brands.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in talent acquisition, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience with digital recruitment tools. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or relevant experience is required.
