Remote HVAC Technical Support Specialist

Endeavour Infrastructure is looking for a full-time Technical Support Technician. This role involves responding to alarms and tickets, capturing critical data during events, and supporting EU customer experience requirements. Candidates should have 2-4 years of HVAC or controls support experience and be comfortable in a 24/7 environment.

The position requires a strong understanding of runbooks, disciplined escalation practices, and the ability to work under pressure. Training period involves travel, and candidates located in Spain are preferred.
