Find My Lawyer is looking for a consistent, self-driven, and compassionate Remote Client Intake Specialist to join our team.

This is a night-shift remote role for someone who is comfortable speaking with people who may be going through stressful legal situations. Clients have already reached out to Find My Lawyer for help finding an attorney, so this is not cold calling .

Your role is to listen carefully, follow our intake process, collect important information, and make sure each client feels heard, respected, and supported.

You do not need to be a lawyer. You will not give legal advice, evaluate cases, or promise legal results. We provide training, scripts, and process guidance.
