Mural is seeking an IT Service Specialist to join its IT team. This role focuses on providing proactive support to a global workforce across various hardware and software applications. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, managing user access, and collaborating on process improvements. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of technical support experience, proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, as well as excellent communication skills in English. This position allows for remote work from Mexico and requires alignment with US West coast hours.
