Remote Legal Counsel - Real Estate Development

Utopia is seeking a dedicated legal advisor for real estate to provide comprehensive legal counsel across development projects. In this role, you will engage in land acquisition, entitlement, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, and work closely with internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree, has over 5 years of relevant experience, and is ready to take on the challenges of luxury real estate development. This is a remote position based in Colombia, allowing for a flexible working environment.
