As a MongoDB Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing highly scalable database solutions to support complex data-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to model and structure data effectively, ensuring optimal performance for both read and write operations.
On a daily basis, you will build and maintain advanced queries and aggregation pipelines, implement indexing strategies, and oversee database performance tuning. You will also support replication and sharding efforts to ensure high availability and scalability across environments.
In addition, you will play a key role in data migration initiatives, leveraging ETL/ELT processes and scripting to move data from relational systems into MongoDB while maintaining data quality, governance, and integrity.
