Job Overview :
We are looking for a Remote Paralegal based in Colombia to support our global operations team. The role focuses on contract management, compliance, and corporate documentation — ideal for professionals experienced in legal support within business environments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across international clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, NDAs and service agreements.
- Manage and organize the contract database, ensuring timely renewals and compliance tracking.
