Insight Global is seeking a Project Specialist (APM) to support a high-volume, multi-site interior refresh program for a national client. This role partners closely with an assigned Project Manager, serving as the operational backbone of the program by owning project coordination, documentation, budget tracking, and day-to-day communication across multiple stakeholders. Projects are fast-paced, light-scope interior refreshes completed in active locations, often on accelerated timelines, requiring exceptional organization, urgency, and attention to detail. The Project Specialist will regularly interface with clients, General Contractors, landlords, and internal teams, ensuring schedules, financials, and project milestones are accurately tracked and communicated.
