Remote Senior Mechanical Engineer, BESS Enclosures

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the design and development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) . This role focuses on the mechanical design of equipment enclosures and integrated platforms that house batteries, inverters, transformers, and other power infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in mechanical product design using SolidWorks , with exposure to sheet metal, structural assemblies, and thermal management of electrical equipment .

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical enclosures and structural platforms for battery energy storage systems.
• Develop equipment layouts and mechanical assemblies supporting service access, ventilation, and cable routing.
