We are currently recruiting x2 Remote Service Engineers to join our team as L1 supporting the next products:
- 1) Our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA ) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
- 2) IntelliSpace Perinatal our software used in obstetrics’ department.
- 3) Intellibridge Enterprise our integration engine.
- 4) IntelliSpace ECG our solution for storage and distribution of ECG.
Your role:
- As a Remote Support Engineer, you will act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, finding a technical resolution to the application problem (including writing scripts & queries) and escalating to 2nd/3rd line when needed.
