Job Description
An employer based in Ohio is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their growing customer-facing team to help take customer demand and turn it into wins. This is a customer-facing role for someone who combines systems engineering credibility with shaping solutions, building proposals, and delivering executive briefings that move opportunities from pipeline to contract. This person will own the company's technical side of business development, from early customer discovery and needs analysis through proposal strategy, and post-award transition. They will lead pre-sales solutioning, conduct competitive intelligence and market assessments across the defense digital engineering landscape, and partner with Business Development to qualify opportunities.
