**Come join our amazing team and work remote from home!** **Work schedule:** Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M or 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M PST.
The Sr. Foreclosure Specialist will be responsible for monitoring vendor activities during the processing of an eligible foreclosure referral and/or foreclosure referred loan; relative to the accurate and timely handling of residential mortgage in accordance with applicable state requirements. Effectively collaborate and communicate with support groups within default; to ensure optimal resolution and/or outcome. Assist with new hire training, as well as meeting preparation with groups outside of immediate work area within a SME capacity. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor requirements and all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The Target Pay range for this position is $24.00-$27.00 an hour.
