We're partnering with a leading customer experience company to recruit native Turkish-speaking Support Specialists for an online order support project in Portugal.
In this role, you will support customers throughout their full order journey, helping with delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, inbound and outbound calls, and order information review.
Your Role:
