6-month contract role with a local authority Summary This is a 6-month contract role with a local authority, aimed at leading and managing a team of Rent Arrears Recovery and Enforcement Officers. The primary purpose is to maximize rental income collection and minimize arrears across all tenancy tenures within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). The postholder will ensure the delivery of an effective, customer-focused arrears recovery service, supporting residents to sustain tenancies while taking appropriate enforcement action when necessary. This role also contributes to the Shared Finance Service's ambition of delivering high-quality, value-added services and promoting financial inclusion.
