The Opportunity
The Rental Coordinator is responsible for providing the customer base with long- and short-term rental equipment, from the original quote to final invoice. Works closely with rental sales representatives and customers, as well as current product manufacturers and suppliers. Makes arrangements for the transportation of all rental equipment to customers, prepares quotes and completes rental contracts, and invoices customers. Builds strong relationships with re-renters and suppliers, ensuring product availability is managed effectively and aligned with rental demand.
The Role
Orders and tracks all rentals, re-rent, rent to purchase, purchases of cable and distribution, generators, and any key components for rental orders input by the rental sales representatives and rental managers; maintains close vigilance on any back order rentals for rental products or components.
