Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a highly reputable and progressive Not for Profit organisation to recruit a Rents Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to add value to a growing organisation during a period of positive change.
Duties;
To deliver the annual rent budget and the annual rent review uplift process ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
To provide finance support on rent for the Group, building positive relationships with internal customers across the Group, providing accurate and timely financial information, guidance and support.
To manage the Finance Rent team ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information within the rent accounting function.
