Repair & Maintenance Technician
Location: Wilcox, SK, outside Regina – at the Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities.
- Utilize in-house and contract maintenance resources.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and perform safety checks.
- Conduct corrective repairs and maintain operational safety.
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing corrective repairs.
- Journeyman Electrician or Millwright experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and heights.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy.
