Repairs Analyst

Scottish Borders Housing Association is seeking a Repairs Analyst to join our Assets and Property Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving services through high‑quality data, insight and reporting.

You will play a key role in ensuring our repairs data is accurate, meaningful and used effectively to support decision‑making, improve performance and enhance the customer experience.

Salary : £37,422 - £41,335 per year (pay award pending)

Location : Selkirk, Scottish Borders

Hours and terms : Full time, 35 hours per week, permanent
