Job Description
We are looking for a number of experienced Supervisors to join our existing teams for Social Housing Repairs in London north Counties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the direction of all jobs from commencement to completion, ensuring that client specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with Commercial Support to capture costs and ensure all works are carried out safely.
- Attend Validation Inspections to scope works based on client specifications.
- Review the Total Mobile Dashboard daily to manage job workflow, respond to client questions and queries in a timely manner, and ensure all notes pertaining to each job are accurately recorded on TM.
- Liaise with Admin and Commercial staff, the client when required, and sometimes the resident or members of the public.
