Repairs Supervisor

We are recruiting for aRepairs Supervisor for a leading Social Housing provider based in Derbyshire, supporting commercial and property services across the local region on apermanent basis.
As aRepairs Supervisor, you will be responsiblefor managing the trade operatives directly employed bythe social housing organisation within Property Services and to be responsible for the operational delivery and commercial viability of the services in this department.

Rate: £35,672 plus a car allowance of £963, with the salay rising to £38,592 through increments
