**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, and maintain O2C reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI, MS Excel, and HighRadius Analytics
+ Deliver insights across the full O2C lifecycle including:
+ Order Management
+ Billing & Invoicing
+ Credit Management
+ Collections
+ Dispute Management
+ Cash Application
+ Utilize HighRadius CAA, CLS, DMS, CRD & EIPP Clouds and Analytics modules to extract, analyze, and interpret data
+ Analyze trends, SLAs & KPIs, and variances...
