The New York office of Aon is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker to join our Dynamic transactional insurance M&A and Transaction Solutions team. You will work directly with senior members of the Representations & Warranty and Tax teams in the placement and negotiation of sophisticated transactional insurance products on behalf of private equity and corporate clients, gaining hands-on experience, industry leading training and mentorship in a fast-paced M&A environment.
This position offers a broad range of responsibilities over corporate transactions at the intersection of mergers & acquisitions, legal risk assessment and insurance underwriting.
