As a Business Analyst in Services, you are responsible for the understanding and application of business processes and user workflows as it relates to Services-related IT development activities. The Business Analyst role will support the configuration of requisite features, requests, product backlog items, requirements, and test cases to achieve desired outcomes for the Services domain.
