Understanding of Risk and Control concepts working in banking / financial institutions, In depth knowledge of Local Regulators (RBI) circulars (G. K. Committee Guidelines in IT and IS Audit) and CSITE circulars, Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, Fluency in verbal and written English.
