**Description:** The Contractor shall provide a Requirements Management Lead to elicit, document, validate, verify, track and ensure traceability of the contract and compliance capability requirements for the Sponsor and its mission partners, and work with development teams to ensure requirements are integrated into development lifecycles.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field and ten (10) years of direct experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects OR Highschool diploma and fifteen (15) years of combined experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects
- Deomstrated six (6) years of expereince in a role such as a System Engineer, Software Engiener, or Systems Integrator for programs of similar scope or complexity
- Expereince with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams
