Support ENG.NA Projects to create Requisitions/Change Orders in SAP for Capital Projects.
Main Responsibilities

Enter Requisitions / Change Orders / CNRs in SAP for Capital Projects
.
Determine Material Coding and GL account assignments
.
Enter and Approve Service Entry Sheets in SAP for invoices
.
Resolve issues for invoice posting/payments
.
General departmental system development (Problem Solving 101)
.
Maintain Requisition Excel spreadsheet
.
Maintain CNR Excel Master spreadsheet and save original CNR w/backup for all projects in U Drive
.
Enter Work Order / Requisition in SAP for on-site AES vendors...
