The Research Analyst is part of a team that creates and delivers client-driven, project-based, practical research and advisory services to help HR leaders drive measurable results in their organizations.

Position Purpose

McLean & Company is the fastest growing advisory firm in the world. We’re looking for a Research Analyst to help us achieve our vision of helping leaders shape a workplace where everyone thrives. As a Research Analyst, you’ll work as part of a collaborative team to develop research-informed guides, tools, and templates to help HR clients’ complete key projects such as designing a wellbeing program. Not only will you have exposure to the research you’re working on, you’ll also have the opportunity to give and receive constructive feedback to other project teams with a view to continuously improving the quality of our research.
