Purpose of the Role
The Research Analyst UX works closely with the UX/UI Designers, Digital Delivery stakeholders and other data specialists in A&G to provide key insights into the customer experience within the digital area of interest.
You will be part of a team of delivery specialists creating the best digital experiences for our customers and ensuring that the customer has a fair representation in solving business problems or initiatives.
*This is a Permanent Part-Time role (3 days a week)*.
Position Accountabilities
