Research And Development Associate

This role leads innovative product formulation and development across Skin Care, Leave-On, and Rinse-Off categories, managing the full lifecycle from concept to commercialisation. It involves handling multiple projects, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, collaborating with vendors, and supporting smooth technology transfer across manufacturing units.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop new and innovative formulations in line with business requirements and product briefs.
• Lead formulation development for Skin Care, Leave-on, and Rinse-off categories with a strong innovation-focused approach.
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle — from concept and laboratory trials to final sign-off, including pilot scale and commercial scale manufacturing support.
