About the role 
As an R&D Scientist, you will be responsible for developing innovative new products and providing technical support for existing product lines, working from concept development through to factory trials and product launch. You will plan and conduct professional work with moderate independence, contributing to both strategic and tactical innovation projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners including Analytical, Regulatory, Nutrition, Engineering, Procurement, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure product designs meet safety, regulatory, quality, and cost requirements.
