Essential Functions

Prepare various buffers and culture media for experiments.
Culture and harvest mammalian cells and E coli.
Proteins purification by diverse chromatographic techniques.
Analyzed proteins with SDS PAGE and UV-Vis Spectrometer
Present and prepare experimental results by following Good Document Practices.
Manage lab supplies and chemicals in time of needs.
Assist and train other associates in time of needs.
Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment
Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech, or a related discipline.
