Role OverviewWe are seeking a Research Compliance Analyst to support a Sponsored Programs Administration team. This role focuses on the administrative and compliance aspects of grant submissions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will manage competing deadlines while ensuring strict adherence to sponsor and institutional requirements. This is an administrative compliance position, not a scientific review role.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview research proposals for administrative and technical compliance with formatting, documentation, and sponsor guidelines.
Ensure the completeness of submissions, including NIH applications and foreign collaboration requirements.
Manage a high volume of proposals, particularly during peak seasons.
