Research & Development ( R&D ) Engineer

Conduct exploratory and applicative research in the development of new chemistry for precision cleaning, coating materials and processes. Involve the optimization of precision cleaning, coatings and assist the process development, product trials, scale ups & trouble shooting, and failure analysis.

• Work with Engineers in the development of new chemistry, coating products and processes.
• Optimize the coating materials, formulations, processes, and products.
• Perform complex processing experiments, and / or lead the projects / studies.
• Adapt to new technologies, new designs of experiments and new laboratory techniques.
• Write experimental results and technical reports and present at group and R&D meeting.
• Interface with other Coating team personnel as well as global R&D Departments, Engineering, Production, laboratories, vendors, etc.
