Research Pathway Advisor – Specialist Weight Management Service The closing date is 06 July 2026  
The post holder will support the development, implementation and evaluation of a community‑to‑secondary care research access pathway for people living with obesity and long‑term conditions across Northamptonshire. The role involves working collaboratively with Specialist Weight Management Services, community teams, primary care, secondary care research teams and wider system partners to provide specialist advisory expertise, support equitable access to research participation and improve readiness for future NIHR portfolio and commercial research studies. 
The post holder will utilise specialist knowledge and experience of Specialist Weight Management Services to support pathway design, stakeholder engagement and integration between community and secondary care services, focusing on improving access and inclusion for underserved populations.
