Main Purpose

To execute research and development analyses, formulate new products, and optimize existing formulations for the Phthalic Anhydride, Plasticizers, and Fumaric acid plants, as well as perform instrumental characterization to support product development and technical service activities.

Key Responsibilities Design and execute research and development activities in alignment with departmental strategic objectives. Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using appropriate analytical tools and techniques. Interpret experimental results to support new product development and optimization initiatives. Prepare clear and accurate technical reports, scientific documentation, and presentations to communicate results and findings. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, methodologies, and internal procedures throughout all research activities.
