  Your responsibilities 
 Reviewing and processing Group bookings, overbookings and options
 Maintaining Sihot, as well as our electronic bookings systems
 Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
 Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
 Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times 
 
  Your profile

 Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or be looking for a change of career
