We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent to join our team on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Revenue / Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while maximising room revenue opportunities through effective reservations management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle hotel reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest enquiries
Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel services
