As a Reserve Officer, youll get involved in everything that the Regular Army does from combat to peacekeeping and humanitarian work but youll only work the hours that suit you and your schedule.

On the days that you serve, youll learn how to command soldiers in your Army Reserve unit, plan and deliver training for your team, and provide support to the Regular Army when needed.

Once youve completed your training, youll be a Second Lieutenant, earning £99.60 per day. As you progress through our ranks, this will rise to £119.71 per day for a Captain, and £150.14 per day when you become a Major.
