Job Duties
- Lead and manage the site supervision team for the Freight Facilities Project
- Monitor the Contractor’s work progress against the approved construction programme and identify potential delays or risks.
- Ensure compliance with Contract Documents, specifications, approved drawings and project procedures.
- Supervise construction activities related to freight facilities, roads, utilities, logistics yards, service corridors, drainage and associated infrastructure works.
- Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with Clients, Authorities, Contractors, Stakeholders and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site safety implementation and ensure compliance with project SH&E requirements and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify quality of workmanship and materials.
