Resident Engineer - Network Security (SASE)

We are looking for a highly skilled Resident Engineer – Network Security (SASE) to join a long-term Professional Services engagement supporting a major organization in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, operate, and maintain Palo Alto Networks security platforms in a production environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot Prisma Access deployments and related security services.
• Configure and support Mobile Users, Remote Networks, security policies, and traffic management.
• Work with Panorama and/or Strata Cloud Manager for centralized administration and monitoring.
• Perform incident analysis, root cause investigations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Document configurations, operational procedures, and technical recommendations.
