The resident engineer will be responsible for overseeing the progress of construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This role will require extensive on‑site presence and coordination with various stakeholders during the entire construction process.
This role will be assigned in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction activities on‑site including material delivery, contractor schedules, labor resources and equipment usage.
- Review the design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims, etc.
- Effectively manage the site supervision staff during construction and ensure the works are conducted according to the contract specifications.
