Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor and manage Application Delivery Controllers (ADC), Load Balancers, and related infrastructure components.
- Ensure optimal system health, resource utilization, and traffic performance across supported environments.
- Review system logs, alerts, dashboards, and monitoring tools to proactively identify issues.
- Perform routine operational checks including CPU utilization, memory usage, active sessions, and network throughput.
- Verify backup integrity and failover readiness to support business continuity requirements.
- Provide operational support during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, business days).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application delivery, load balancing, and ADC-related incidents.
