Resident Experience Manager

Job Description

The Resident Experience Manager is a key member of the Operations team and the driving force behind memorable resident events and experiences across Tricon’s portfolio of new state-of-the-art rental apartment communities.

This role is all about elevating the resident experience through creative engagement strategies and curated lifestyle programming - from intimate in-building socials to larger city-wide events. A natural collaborator, this person partners across the organization and with third-party partners to deliver experiential events that build connection, drive retention, and strengthen our resident community.
