Resident Liaison & On-site Admin Assistant

ADAPT GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a on-site Condominium support role at the Orchard location. You will assist the Condominium manager on site and help address walk-in residents’ queries, while handling general administrative matters within the estate.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, PC literacy, and the ability to work independently under pressure. You will engage with residents and service providers to maintain smooth estate operations.
