Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking a hands‑on, service‑driven Resident Manager to oversee the full day‑to‑day operations of our first property in Regina, a 90+ unit residential community.

This is a unique, all‑in‑one role that blends property management, maintenance, and cleaning responsibilities. You will act as the primary on‑site presence, responsible for creating a well‑run, well‑maintained, and welcoming environment for residents.

From leasing and resident relations to completing repairs and maintaining common areas, you will take ownership of the property and play a key role in delivering a high‑quality resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.
