Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Conduct full-time supervision of mechanical works, including the installation of HVAC systems, fire fighting systems, and vertical transportation (elevators/escalators).
- Quality Inspection: Verify that all mechanical equipment and materials delivered to the site meet the project’s quality standards and approved material submissions.
- Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Witness and document T&C procedures for mechanical systems to ensure they are fully operational and compliant with safety codes.
