Stratton Mills are an employment agency who provide Care Staff around the UK. We have a great opportunity for Residential Care Assistants. Successful candidates will be offered full time shifts on a temp to perm basis.
Duties for the Residential Care Assistant Role:
- To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person‑centred approach.
- To observe and promote the Service Users choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights.
- To create and maintain good professional relationships with Service Users, their Family and Friends.
- To actively support other Care Assistants.
- To adhere to all regulatory/statutory obligations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- To actively market Stratton Mills and promote a positive, personal and professional profile.
