Other duties will include:

• Designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's requirements.
• Residential remodeling and repair.
• Framing, trim work, drywall, tile work, roofing.
• Must have own tools and transportation.
• Be able to work independently and
• Have good communication skills.
• Drafting skills are a plus.
• Post and beam experience a plus.
• Cabinet, woodworking, furniture-making experience desirable.
