The Firm

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
